Recipe of Greek Yogurt Parfait

 Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (such as almonds or walnuts)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions:

  • Wash the berries and chop them into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with the honey or maple syrup, if using.
  • Layer the yogurt, berries, and chopped nuts in a small jar or glass.
  • Repeat the layering process until you have used all the ingredients, ending with a layer of berries and nuts on top.
  • Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
You can also experiment with different flavors and toppings for your parfait. For example, you can add a layer of granola or muesli for extra crunch, or mix in a teaspoon of vanilla extract or cinnamon for added flavor. Enjoy!
