Ingredients:
- 200g paneer, cubed
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into small pieces
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into small pieces
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 3 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 inch piece of ginger, grated
- 3-4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 2 tbsp oil or ghee
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
Instructions:
- Heat oil or ghee in a pan on medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- Add chopped onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until the onions are translucent.
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they are soft and mushy.
- Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix everything together and cook for another minute or two.
- Add the cubed paneer and bell peppers to the gravy and mix everything together. Cook for a few minutes until the paneer is heated through and the bell peppers are slightly tender.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or naan.
