Ingredients:
- 200 grams paneer, crumbled
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 1 large tomato, finely chopped
- 1 green chili, finely chopped
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- Salt, to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
- A handful of chopped coriander leaves, for garnish
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- Add onions and green chili to the pan and sauté until the onions turn translucent.
- Add ginger and garlic paste and sauté for a minute until the raw smell goes away.
- Add tomatoes to the pan and mix well. Cook for a couple of minutes until they turn soft and mushy.
- Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt to the pan. Mix well and cook for a minute.
- Add crumbled paneer to the pan and mix well with the masala.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes until the paneer is well coated with the spices and is heated through.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves before serving.
- Serve hot with roti or any Indian bread of your choice.
