Creamy and Delicious Panna Cotta Recipe – Perfect for Dessert!

 Ingredients:

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 vanilla bean, split lengthwise and seeds scraped
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons powdered gelatin
  • 3 tablespoons cold water
  • Fresh berries or fruit, for serving

Instructions:

  • In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla bean and seeds over medium heat until the sugar dissolves, stirring occasionally.
  • Remove the saucepan from the heat and let it steep for about 10 minutes. Discard the vanilla bean.
  • In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over the cold water and let it soften for 5 minutes.
  • Warm the cream mixture over medium heat and add the gelatin mixture, stirring until the gelatin dissolves.
  • Pour the mixture into six ramekins and let it cool to room temperature.
  • Cover the ramekins with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • To serve, run a knife around the edge of each ramekin and invert onto a serving plate. Serve with fresh berries or fruit.
