Recipe of Tropical Smoothie

 Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (or milk of your choice)
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (or non-dairy yogurt)
  • 1 tsp honey (or sweetener of your choice)
  • Handful of ice cubes

Instructions:

  • Add the frozen pineapple chunks, frozen mango chunks, banana, coconut milk, Greek yogurt, honey, and ice cubes to a blender.
  • Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness or thickness as desired by adding more honey or coconut milk, or more ice cubes for a thicker texture.
  • Pour the smoothie into a tall glass, and garnish with additional fruit or shredded coconut, if desired.
