Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and press it down firmly. Trim any excess dough from the edges and prick the bottom of the crust with a fork.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, oregano, and paprika until well combined.
- Stir in the shredded cheese, diced ham or bacon (if using), and chopped vegetables.
- Pour the egg mixture into the pie crust and smooth it out with a spatula.
- Bake the quiche in the preheated oven for 35-45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
- Remove the quiche from the oven and let it cool for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
