Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or milk of your choice)
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (or non-dairy yogurt)
  • 1 teaspoon honey (or sweetener of your choice)
  • Handful of ice cubes

Instructions:

  • Wash the berries and remove any stems.
  • Peel the banana and chop it into smaller pieces.
  • Add the berries, banana, almond milk, Greek yogurt, honey, and ice cubes to a blender.
  • Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness or thickness as desired by adding more honey or almond milk, or more ice cubes for a thicker texture.
  • Pour the smoothie into a tall glass, and garnish with additional berries or mint leaves, if desired.
